INFORMATIONS FOR PASSENGERS ARRIVING TO BEN GURION AIRPORT ON AN INTERNATIONAL FLIGHT, WHO HAVE ASSISTANCE & TRANSFERS INCLUDED IN THEIR TOUR WITH OUR PARTNER NAZARENE TOURS

Upon arrival to Ben Gurion International Airport, Tel Aviv (Terminal 3), you will be met by our airport representative who will be holding a sign with your name on it, immediately after passport control.

Our representative will guide you to collect your luggage, after which you will be escorted via Customs to meet your driver who will transfer you to your hotel.

Please do not pass through Customs before you meet our representative as once you are outside it is very difficult to locate you.

If for any reason you do not meet our representative, please approach the “SMILE” office which is located behind the information counter in the baggage reclaim hall.

You will receive a welcome letter with pick up time and instructions for the first day of the tour which will be sent to your hotel the day before the tour departs. Please ask for it at the hotel reception desk. Instructions for the rest of your tour will be given by your tour guide, including details of your departure transfer times and/or any onward travel details to Jordan/Egypt (if applicable).
