Information for Jordan tours

A) Normally, we enter Jordan at the Sheikh Hussein / Jordan River border crossing – subject to change.

B) Our partner Nazarene Tours send an informative letter to all guests in their hotels, 2 to 3 days prior to departure, outlining important information regarding the tour, such as confirmed pick-up time, payment information for border taxes, etc.) .

C) TRANSFERS FROM THE HOTEL TO THE FRONTIER IN ISRAEL AND FROM THE BORDER IN ISRAEL TO THE HOTEL ARE TRANSFERS ONLY, WITH A DRIVER. THERE IS NO GUIDE OR ASSISTANCE ACCOMPANYING TRANSFERS.

D) Pick up and Drop off only from main hotels in Tel Aviv and Jerusalem. If the guest is not in one of the main hotels, a taxi transfer can be requested at a supplement value.

E) Please note that points of entry and exit from Israel to Jordan and from Jordan to Israel are subject to change.

F) Passport:

Holders of restricted nationality passports must make the reservation in advance of at least 30 days before departure.
Any passenger who needs a visa to enter Israel must guarantee a multiple entry visa if they are crossing the Jordan border for a tour and returning after the tour to Israel.

G) For reservations, please inform the following:

Tour name and language required.
Hotel category required with board arrangement: BB or HB.
Pick-up and drop-off hotel required (or Ben Gurion Airport for drop-off – with flight details).
Full passport details as follows:

It is very important to receive these FULL informations on time in order to arrange the border lists and organize the documents to be used at the border, and to avoid passengers held up or pay an unecessary visa charge. (Any passport information received within 72 hours of tour departure will have to pay for a visa).

H) Border Taxes US$ 65.00 between Israel and Jordan is not included in the package price (paid in cash at the border)

The value of US$ 60.00 for visa issuance is not included in the package price.

I) Returns from Jordan directly to Ben Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv:

Tour J1 – Return on Tuesday (usually at Allenby): Passengers arrive to the Jordanian side of the border at approximately 3:00 pm, and the procedures can take any amount of time. Our partner NAZARENE TOURS cannot confirm reservations which include drop-off at Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport, without flight details, or for any passengers whose departure flight is before 11 pm.

Tour J2 – Return on Sunday (usually in Sheikh Hussein): Passengers arrive to the Jordanian side of the border at approximately 12:00 noon, and procedures can take any amount of time. Our partner NAZARENE TOURS cannot confirm reservations which include drop-off at Tel Aviv Ben Gurion Airport, without flight details, or for any passengers whose departure flight is before 19:00 pm.
