PRICES: All prices are in US dollars.

RESPONSIBILITIES: ToGo Israel explicitly states that it acts only as an intermediary between the tour operator and the transport companies, hotels, restaurants and other service providers.

Therefore, it declines all responsibility for loss, theft, accidents, delays, force majeure, strikes, natural disasters, acts of terrorism or other causes.

PAYMENT: All services must be pre-paid in full 14 days before the arrival of the customers to the country by transfer to our account or credit card.

CANCELLATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Cancellations must be approved in writing.

Unapproved cancellations will be treated as NO SHOW (100% fine of the price of the package purchased).

Up to 15 days before arrival: 20% fine fine of the price of the package purchased).

With less than 14 days to 3 days before arrival is charged a fine of 70% of the price of package purchased.

With less than 3 days will be charged as NO SHOW (100% fine of the price of the package purchased).

 

CHILDREN:

For children under 2 years, 50% discount on the total price of the Cat. Tourist package rate.

For children between 2 to 11 years, 20% discount on the total price of the Cat. Tourist package rate.

For children over 12 years, without discount in the total price of the Cat. Tourist package rate.

 

Note:

Discount applied only for children sharing the same room as their parents.

Costs for children under 12 years old in a separate room or Superior category on request.

Children under the age of 5 only participate after receiving written permission from our tour suppliers.

 

 

 

 

INSURANCE:

We recommend our clients to travel with adequate and complete travel insurance. The company is not liable for loss, damage to luggage, road accidents or illnesses that require the loss of part of the trip or return to the country of origin.

 

HOSPITALITY:

Prices are per person per night in US Dollars.

Rates include full Israeli breakfast and service charges.

Family room: according to special request, subject to availability.

Hotel classification: Due to the lack of an official classification of the Ministry of Tourism we made our own classification, based on our experience and quality control of the different hotels: Tourist – First – First Superior – Superior.

We reserve the right to reserve similar hotels to those proposed in the tours.

Triple Rooms: Recommended only for Superior Category or above. Important to inform that the 3rd. bed is a sofa bed or a fold away bed. There are no rooms with 3 single beds. Rooms are small in the Tourist or First category.

Passengers can request dinner on a nightly basis and individual rooms at the Hotels for a fee.

Check in / Check out times in the Hotels – Check In: ​​15:00 / Check Out: 12:00

The electric current in Israel is 220 volts. You will need to bring converters and adapters required to operate any 120 volt appliances, such as hair dryers, electric shavers, etc.

 

EXCURSIONS:

The tours will not take place during the Jewish Easter week and the September / October Festivities.

Our service providers reserve the right to change or modify all or part of the services for the smooth operation of the journey, without the right to any claim by the customer.

We do not return tours, hotels and meals not consumed during the tour.

We reserve the right to change the sequence of the tours.

Tours are subject to change or cancellation without notice.

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to the lack of potential participants and due to the reduction of tourists.

We can advertise a SALE INTERRUPTION for specific dates (usually during high season) or in different categories of hotels.

Important to inform the passengers that the meeting with the guide is only at the beggining of the tours, not at the airport or borders.

Our transfers are carried out by english speaking drivers. There is no guide speaking other languages accompanying the border  transfers, border crossing or at the airport check in / check out.

 

WE OFFER THE POSSIBILITY TO MAKE THE SAME CIRCUIT WITH A PRIVATE CAR OR UNDER REQUEST.

ALL REGULAR EXCURSIONS INCLUDE:

Assistance at the airport and pick up on arrival in English (with the exception of the Legacy).

Transfer of exit (except for LEGACY).

Luxury transportation with air conditioning.

Guides in English and/or all sort of langages under request..

Visits and entrance fees, as indicated in the chosen program.

Space on the bus / minibus / van for 1 suitcase per person (plus hand luggage).

GENERAL:

Due to the political situation between Israel and the Palestinian Authority, we reserve the right to change or modify some of the visits without prior notice, with no right to any complaint from the client.
